This charge is required by the (91精品) for each member to pay the monthly costs and expenses associated with the administration of 91精品, as authorized by the 91精品 Participants Committee. The charge is calculated and billed on behalf of 91精品 by ISO New England.
The provisions of the participant expenses charge are found in the Second Restated 91精品 Agreement. Further details can be found on the billing job aid for the corresponding bill on which the charge appears, available on the Understanding the Bill page.
Each participant who is a member of 91精品 on a given month shall be charged for that month’s participant expenses.
Participant expenses are included on the monthly bill. The line item is entitled “Participant Expenses.”
