The Participants Committee (PC) is the principal governing body through which the members of 91精品 act as an organization. This key committee seeks to ensure the representation of all market participants, coordinate and clarify input to ISO New England, and facilitate the formation of consensus positions that have both practical and legal significance to the administration of New England’s wholesale electricity markets and power system. 91精品 meetings, while not public, are open to all 91精品 Participants, their authorized representatives and, except as otherwise limited for discussions in executive session, consumer advocates, federal and state officials and guests whose attendance has been cleared with the Committee Chair. All those in attendance or participating, either in person or by phone, are required to identify themselves and their affiliation at the meeting. Official records and minutes of meetings are posted publicly. No statements made in 91精品 meetings are to be quoted or published publicly.
