This online seminar will give generating resources the coming winter season’s outlook. Presenters from ISO New England’s System Operations team will review changes to programs, procedures, and preparations that are in place to strengthen readiness for operations during cold weather in New England.

Cluster Study Process Participation Forum

This forum will focus on participation in the Cluster Request Window (CRW) and Customer Engagement Window (CEW) for projects seeking to participate in the upcoming Cluster Study. It will provide a timeline of the CRW and CEW, outline all required components for a valid Interconnection Request, explain the data submission process, and discuss the purpose and requirements for the Cluster Study Agreement (CSA).

Key Objectives

• Describing the timeline and milestones associated with the CRW and CEW

• Identifying all components for a valid Interconnection Request

• Learning how to submit Cluster Study data during the Cluster Request Window

• Emphasizing the importance of timely and study-ready data submission

• Understanding the purpose of the NDA required for the group Scoping Meeting

• Understanding the purpose and requirements of the CSA

The session will begin with a walkthrough of these core areas, followed by a review of submitted questions. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the forum.
